Classification of CREAM

Cream has been characterized into 4 Type on the basis of fat content which are as follow:-


1.LOW FAT CREAM :- Contain 25-39% fat ( table cream , light cream , whipping cream)

2.MEDIUM FAT CREAM :- Contain 40- 59% (Heavy cream, Plastic cream)

3.HIGH FAT CREAM :- Contain above 60% fat (Plastic cream, Heavy cream)


4.COFFEE CREAM :- Contain 10-20% fat ,it cant be desiginated as cream
